What a book. We cannot have it all, because if we did, we wouldn’t grow. I cannot say how much this book impacted my time in the wilderness and lit a trail out. It takes it life cycle by life cycle, the closest thing to psychotherapy, and gets you to the other side with grace. I began reading this near the end of my third year of residency, concluding in the first few months of fourth year.
